Everglades
Florida is swamp land and no better place to discover than Everglades National Park. Take the airboat and fly over the Everglades. The views from the water are wonderful. Use Highway 41 or I-75 to get to Naples. This day trip needs a car. The drive to Naples is about 2 hours long. The beaches in Naples are one of the best in Florida. It’s not unlikely to see dolphins or sting rays. The beaches aren’t the only reason to go to Naples.
Walk down in the city center. Main Street and Third Street have a great variety of modern boutiques, tea rooms, art galleries, and antique stores. Naples has a lot more to offer than just luxury shopping. The craft beer breweries rising, perfect to enjoy a cold beer.
Don’t go back to Miami before sunset. The sunsets on the Gulf side of Florida are truly mesmerizing.
