Withdrawal Policy for Digital Content

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen 
days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract 
was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us 
(USRoadBooks, Hazenstraat 11, 2440 Geel, seppe@usroadbooks.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a 
letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send 
your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance 
of the contract after you have:

(a) expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract 
before the withdrawal period has expired, this will be automatically be the case after payment is done, and

(b) confirmed your knowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose 
your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments 
received from you without undue delay, and at the latest within 
fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. 
If you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the 
withdrawal period has expired, and the digital content has already 
been fully delivered, your right of withdrawal expires and no refund 
will be issued.
